A troop carrier armored vehicle dedicated to special riot police, which can transport a large number of soldiers. The main feature is that it can be armed with a gunpod, and its attack strategy can be changed depending on the weapon on board. It was also highly versatile, and became the prototype for various versions, such as the PT-08s.
In the Japanese version, these are called "Ufu", translating to "Woof". This Japanese guide adds the translation of the name as "eagle owl". The instruction booklet for U.S. version calls them "Enforcers", although this name is not referenced in the game itself.
